- No minimum order
- 2%/10, Net 30 Days, Date of Invoice (OAC)
- Pay from Invoice, Monthly statements will be sent upon
request
SHIPPING
- Free freight on ImageTek X-ray Film shipped UPS ground
within the continental USA. Expedited shipping available
upon request. $2.50 Handling on each order.
- Freight F.O.B. Origin, on equipment and supplies paid by
AXS and added to your invoice.
- Stock items shipped same day on orders received before
4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
PRICES
- Our Policy is to keep prices firm between catalog
printing. We do reserve the right to Change Prices or
Discontinue Products without notice.
YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED
- If you have a problem with any product, just return it
within thirty days of receipt for your choice of
Replacement, Credit or Refund.
- A Return Goods Authorization Number is required. Please
contact our Customer Service for a RGA Number.
- Returned items MUST be packaged as well as the original
shipment and must be re-saleable.
- 20% restocking fee on returns without replacement
orders. Freight charges may be applicable.
